Customers with rented units can access them Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Customer Service is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Can I request storage from the United States?
You can request advice and a quote from the United States or another country through our form, WhatsApp or email. Tell us what you need to store and your preferred location. An advisor will confirm availability, requirements, payment and the steps needed to complete your rental agreement and arrange your move-in.
